Shipping Costs
Free shipping on US orders over $150. Lower 48: flat $9.95. Alaska and Hawaii: flat $14.95. One rate per destination, calculated before you check out. No surprises.

Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed daily, excluding major holidays. Weekend orders ship Monday morning. We ship same day whenever we can. Expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days of ordering. Nevada and California usually land sooner. International orders can take up to six weeks once shipped, including customs clearance in the destination country.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email info@thirtxxn.com and we will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we can't be responsible for theft from your address. Track your shipment and be there to receive it.

Duties and Import Taxes
Outside the USA, you are the importer of record. You may owe import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country, payable by you on delivery. We can't predict or control these charges — contact your local customs office. Most international delays happen at customs.
