Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@thirtxxn.com with your order number to start one.

Final Sale — The First Draft
Everything in THE FIRST DRAFT archive is sold as final sale. Archive items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and they will not be restocked. This is stated on every archive product page before an item can be added to the cart, and completing checkout confirms you accept it. The one exception is our mistake: if an archive item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it if that size is still available and refund it if it is not.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The exception is when we got it wrong — if your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we cover it.

Refunds
We inspect every return when it arrives and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Exchanges
We can't guarantee the size or colourway you want will be in stock. Email info@thirtxxn.com and we'll do our best.

Non-Returnable
THE FIRST DRAFT archive items, sale items, mystery items and gift cards are final. Free gifts with purchase hold no value and can't be credited toward a return.

Restocking Fee
